The shipping route and delivery time for this line are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the package after it is packed. To ensure successful dispatch and customs clearance, all items must be declared truthfully.

Prohibited Items
1. Gun models, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, powders not in retail packaging, live plants and animals, fruits and vegetables, controlled knives, medicines, corrosive materials, CDs, firearms, and other items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
2. Dangerous goods for air transport, including oils, flammable and explosive items, high-pressure gas cylinders, power banks, external lithium batteries, strong magnets, seeds and plants, and products containing species protected under the CITES convention.
3. Cigarettes, bank cards, SIM cards, security tokens (U-shields), ID cards, and other prohibited items.

Insurance & Claim
1. We are not responsible for any issues arising from discrepancies between the declared information provided by the shipper and the actual goods, including confiscation or other problems. Any resulting costs shall be borne by the customer.
2. In case of loss during transportation, compensation will be made up to a maximum of twice the shipping fee, and the claim amount shall not exceed the value of the goods.
3. Claims will not be accepted for damage or loss caused by force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors.
4. Delays in overall delivery due to flight delays or customs clearance issues during transit are not eligible for compensation. By handing over the goods, the customer is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
5. Fragile items such as glass or ceramics are not eligible for compensation in case of damage during transit.
Compensation for Non-Fragile Goods:
If the outer packaging is damaged but the items inside are not fragile (e.g., not glass or ceramic), compensation will be up to twice the shipping fee upon submission of the required documents. If the shipping fee exceeds the value of the goods, compensation will be limited to the goods' value. If the outer packaging is intact but items inside are damaged or missing, no compensation will be provided. Delays are not compensated.
Required Documentation for Claims:
1) Tracking number(s) of the lost/damaged package(s) and courier number(s).
2) Screenshot of the order from the shopping website (or receipt), clearly showing the damaged/missing items, purchase value, payment amount, shipping address, and courier number.
3) Photos of the damaged items (including photos of the damaged outer box, inner packaging, and detailed photos of the damaged product).
Note: Photos are not required if the item is lost.

If prohibited items are shipped and confiscated or destroyed by customs, all losses will be borne by the user. Please do not send prohibited items and declare all goods truthfully.
